MCEC Boston Visitor Planner: This Weekend, Parking & Directions
The Boston Convention Center most people mean is the former Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC), officially renamed the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center (MCEC) in 2025. It is at 415 Summer St, Boston, MA 02210 in the Seaport.
Before you leave, confirm the event’s attendee dates and entrance, then choose parking or transit. The venue calendar can show building-occupancy dates that are broader than an organizer’s public attendee schedule.
The Main Answers Before You Scroll
These are the practical answers for Boston Convention Center events, parking, hotels, address, directions and this weekend’s schedule. Event-specific ticket, badge, bag and entrance rules still come from the organizer.
Formerly Boston Convention & Exhibition Center; BCEC is still widely used in searches and parts of the venue calendar.
Boston Seaport. Main venue phone: 617-954-2000.
NACDS publishes Aug 15–17 overall; the venue calendar shows Aug 16–17. Today’s exhibit hall hours are 9:30 AM–5 PM.
Organizer attendee dates are Aug 21–25, so it is active Saturday–Sunday, Aug 22–23.
MCEC South Lot; $70 oversized. First come, first served and capacity is limited.
Official self-park tiers: $10 ≤1h, $20 ≤3h, $30 ≤6h, $50 over 6h.
Use the MBTA Silver Line. The venue is also about a 15-minute walk from South Station.
Meeting Level 2 has skybridge access to the Westin.
516,000 sq ft contiguous exhibit space, 82 meeting rooms and a 40,020 sq ft Grand Ballroom.
Current venue technology page describes a 514-access-point network.
The June 13 World Cup watch party in the Grand Ballroom is over; do not treat old listings as current.
Use the venue calendar for location, then the organizer for attendee hours, tickets, badges and room access.
Make Sure You Have the Right Boston Venue
“Boston convention center” can point to two MCCA facilities. The Seaport building at 415 Summer Street is the venue this page covers; Hynes Convention Center is a different building in Back Bay.
| If your event says | Use this venue | Address clue | Do this before travel |
|---|---|---|---|
| MCEC / Menino / BCEC | Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center | 415 Summer St, Boston, MA 02210 | Stay on this guide and check the organizer’s hall/entrance. |
| Hynes / John B. Hynes | Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center | 900 Boylston St, Boston, MA 02115 | Do not use MCEC parking or Silver Line directions. |
Name-change shortcut: BCEC is the former name of the 415 Summer Street building. The official name changed in 2025, but Signature Boston’s calendar still uses “BCEC” as a venue filter, so seeing BCEC on an event listing does not mean you found a different Seaport building.
Which Boston Convention Center Plan Fits You?
Going to an event
Check the organizer’s attendee dates, badge/ticket instructions and entrance before choosing parking. Venue booking dates can be broader than public event dates.
Parking for most of the day
Try the $35 South Lot first if onsite convenience matters. For short visits, compare Lot On D’s hourly tiers before deciding.
Coming from airport or downtown
World Trade Center on the Silver Line is the most direct transit stop. South Station is walkable if weather and luggage cooperate.
Booth, freight or utilities
Do not use general attendee instructions for move-in. Open the 2026 exhibitor ordering guide and your show manual first.
What Is Happening This Weekend: August 22–23
Weekend answer: AANA Annual Congress is the main in-person MCEC event running across Saturday, August 22 and Sunday, August 23. AANA publishes attendee Congress dates of August 21–25, 2026.
Why search results show two date ranges: Signature Boston’s venue calendar blocks AANA at BCEC/MCEC for Aug 19–26, while AANA’s own attendee information says Aug 21–25. Use the organizer’s dates for attending; venue blocks can include setup, support or breakdown time.
NACDS Total Store Expo
NACDS publishes overall dates of Aug 15–17. Its exhibitor page lists today’s exhibit hall hours as 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m. The venue calendar itself shows Aug 16–17, another example of why organizer details matter.
AANA Annual Congress
The Congress is active. This is a professional nurse-anesthesiology event; use AANA for registration, sessions and attendee access rather than assuming walk-in public admission.
AANA continues
Save your badge information and daily program before leaving your hotel. Large multi-day conferences can spread sessions across multiple levels.
MEDevice Boston
The organizer lists registration from Aug 25 and exhibit hall hours of 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Aug 26 and 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Aug 27. Hall C is easiest from the D Street side.
90-second event check before you leave
Look for MCEC, Menino Convention Center or BCEC at 415 Summer Street—not Hynes in Back Bay.
The venue calendar confirms the booking, but the organizer controls registration, badges, public hours and program access.
This is what should drive your entrance, hotel route and parking choice.
Save badge QR, room list, entry instructions and any bag/security rule before entering a crowded lobby.
What Is Booked at MCEC Through December 2026?
This is a venue-calendar digest, not a ticket calendar. Only MCEC/BCEC listings are included; Hynes and Lawn On D bookings are intentionally excluded. When an organizer publishes different attendee dates, the organizer should control your travel plan.
| Date shown | MCEC booking | What a visitor should know |
|---|---|---|
| Aug 16–17 | NACDS Total Store EXPO 2026 | NACDS itself publishes Aug 15–17 overall; today’s exhibit hall closes at 5 p.m. |
| Aug 19–26 | AANA Annual Congress 2026 | AANA attendee Congress dates are Aug 21–25. |
| Aug 26–27 | MEDevice Boston | Organizer confirms both days; Hall C arrival guidance is available. |
| Sep 1–3 | Webflow, Inc. | Check the organizer for attendee eligibility and daily hours. |
| Sep 23 | Massachusetts Digital Government Summit | One-day venue listing. |
| Sep 27–29 | American Society for Radiation Oncology Annual Meeting 2026 | Use the organizer’s program for attendee dates/hours. |
| Oct 4–7 | Association of Corporate Counsel Annual Meeting 2026 | Registration-controlled conference. |
| Oct 8 | EchoStor Tech Conference | Venue calendar also shows a Lawn On D component that day. |
| Oct 9–11 | HYROX 2026 | Participant and spectator entry can differ. |
| Oct 12–13 | American Health Care Association Annual Convention & Exposition 2026 | Use organizer badge and program information. |
| Oct 14–15 | World Patient Safety Congress Americas | Professional-event registration applies. |
| Oct 15 | 2026 Ether Day Celebration | Same-day activity may add traffic and lobby volume. |
| Oct 18–20 | Veeva R&D and Quality Summit 2026 | Overlaps AdvaMed dates on Oct 19–20. |
| Oct 19–21 | AdvaMed The MedTech Conference 2026 | Allow extra arrival buffer during overlapping bookings. |
| Nov 2 | Marine Corps. Luncheon | One-day venue listing. |
| Nov 5–7 | Society of Women Engineers Annual Conference | Large multi-day conference. |
| Nov 16–19 | Rockwell Automation Automation Fair 2026 | Confirm expo hours separately from venue block dates. |
| Dec 1 | 14th Annual Massachusetts Investor Conference | One-day listing. |
| Dec 10 | Massachusetts Conference for Women | Plan parking/transit early for a high-volume event day. |
| Dec 17–18 | Beacon Hill Holiday Party 2026 | Currently the final 2026 MCEC block shown on the official calendar. |
Do not build a hotel or flight purchase from venue dates alone. A venue block can be wider than the public attendee window. Check the organizer’s own schedule before making a non-refundable booking.
South Lot or Lot On D? Choose by Visit Length
The venue-controlled MCEC South Lot is the simplest attendee option when it has room. MCCA currently posts $35 for a regular vehicle and $70 for an oversized vehicle; parking is limited and first come, first served. A current 2026 organizer travel guide also tells its attendees the South Lot has no in/out privileges and no overnight parking, so confirm those operating rules for your own event if either matters.
| Option | Current rate | Best fit | Main trade-off |
|---|---|---|---|
| MCEC South Lot | $35 regular / $70 oversized | Long event day; closest venue-controlled attendee parking | Limited; first come, first served. |
| Lot On D ≤1 hour | $10 | Pickup, short meeting, quick stop | Separate lot; not the onsite South Lot. |
| Lot On D ≤3 hours | $20 | Short visit | Know when your session actually ends. |
| Lot On D ≤6 hours | $30 | Medium visit | Only $5 below South Lot’s day rate. |
| Lot On D >6 hours | $50/calendar day | Backup/location preference | Higher than South Lot for a full day. |
| Lot On D hotel valet | $54/calendar day | Aloft/Element valet convenience | Different product from self-parking. |
Simple rate decision: Lot On D’s current self-park tiers are cheaper for visits up to six hours. For more than six hours, South Lot’s $35 is lower than Lot On D’s $50 day rate—if South Lot still has capacity.
How to reach the South Lot without circling Summer Street
Use the venue’s published self-parking approach.
Continue alongside the building instead of stopping at the first curb activity.
The official floor plan places the South Lot at the Hall C end of the Exhibit Level.
The South Lot entrance is ahead; follow event-day traffic staff if routing changes.
If South Lot fills: MCCA may direct visitors to Boston Marine Industrial Park Garage or other Waterfront lots. MCCA generally does not control those offsite capacities or prices, so do not treat an old offsite rate as guaranteed.
EV charging: MCCA’s Lot On D page currently lists two charging stations providing four EV charging spaces.
Use 415 Summer Street—and Recognize the Old BCEC Name
The current venue is Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center, 415 Summer St, Boston, MA 02210. Its main phone is 617-954-2000. Older event materials and even parts of the current Signature Boston calendar still use BCEC, the former Boston Convention & Exhibition Center name.
Wrong-building trap: Hynes Convention Center at 900 Boylston Street is a separate MCCA venue in Back Bay. If your ticket says Hynes, do not follow the South Lot or World Trade Center directions on this page.
Use the Floor Plan Before You Pick an Entrance
The official four-page MCEC floor-plan PDF turns a vague street address into a useful arrival plan. Hall C, Hall B and Hall A run west-to-east across the Exhibit Level; South Lot, hotel connections, registration and common attendee services sit on different sides of this very large building.
| Area | What the official plan shows | Why a visitor cares |
|---|---|---|
| Hall C | 162,000 sq ft; at the South Lot / D Street end of the Exhibit Level. | MEDevice specifically recommends D Street for Hall C; from South Lot, follow signs behind Hall C. |
| Hall B | 184,000 sq ft total; can split into B1 and B2 at 92,000 sq ft each. | A “Hall B” event can still span a very wide middle section of the building. |
| Hall A | 170,000 sq ft; closest to East Registration and the Summer Street / World Trade Center side. | Useful clue when your registration is on the east side. |
| East Registration | Shown along East Service Road on the Exhibit Level. | Registration location may matter more than the main street address. |
| North Lobby | Meeting Level 1 entrance side facing Summer Street. | FedEx Office, Market on Summer and UnConventional Café are shown near this side. |
| Westin connection | Official plans mark Westin Boston Seaport District skybridge access. | Best documented weather-protected hotel connection; verify the event’s open route. |
| Omni connection | The Exhibit Level plan marks BCEC/MCEC–Omni access. | Very useful for Omni guests, but event access control can still change which door is open. |
| Loading docks | Long covered loading-dock zone runs behind the exhibit halls. | Exhibitor freight should use event move-in instructions, not attendee doors. |
Where common attendee services sit
On the official Meeting Level 1 plan, FedEx Office, Market on Summer and UnConventional Café are grouped around the North Lobby / Summer Street side. The floor-plan legend also marks restrooms, elevators, escalators, permanent concessions and Mamava nursing pods. If your session is at the far Hall C side, build in walking time before using these North Lobby services.
Floor-plan rule: the plan is a geography tool, not your final access permission. A show can close doors, create badge-only checkpoints or route attendees through a specific lobby. Organizer instructions override the general floor plan.
From Logan, South Station, I-90 or I-93
The closest useful MBTA stop is World Trade Center on the Silver Line. South Station is also practical, but the official MCCA page describes the walk as roughly 10–15 minutes. Drivers should plan for Seaport event traffic rather than relying on a fixed travel time.
| Starting point | Official-source route logic | User-help note |
|---|---|---|
| Logan Airport by transit | Silver Line SL1 → World Trade Center → elevator to Level 2 → World Trade Center Ave → cross Summer Street. | Massport provides free Silver Line service from Logan inbound; check live MBTA service before travel. |
| South Station | Walk along Summer Street, use Silver Line, Route 7, taxi or rideshare. | Walking is reasonable without heavy luggage or mobility constraints; plan 10–15 minutes plus crossing/entry time. |
| Logan / Route 1A by car | I-90 West / Ted Williams Tunnel → South Boston exit → Congress → D Street → Summer → East Side Drive. | Follow current highway signage; old exit numbers can differ after Massachusetts renumbering. |
| Western Massachusetts | I-90 East → South Boston → Congress → D Street → Summer → East Side Drive. | Do not wait until Summer Street to decide whether you are parking or dropping off. |
| North via I-93 | I-93 South → Purchase Street/Seaport routing → D Street → Summer → East Side Drive. | Check live tunnel/Seaport traffic before committing to the final approach. |
| South via I-93 | I-93 North → I-90 East/South Boston routing → Congress → D Street → Summer → East Side Drive. | Allow a larger buffer during weekday commuting and large event move-in. |
Airport distance: Signature Boston describes MCEC as about 2.9 miles from Logan. Distance is stable; a promised “8-minute ride” is not. Tunnel traffic, construction, weather and rideshare demand can change the actual trip.
Pick a Seaport Hotel by Your Hall and Walking Route
The strongest hotel information is not a long affiliate list. For a multi-day convention, compare the physical route to your hall, weather protection, event housing terms and overnight parking—not just a “0.2 mile” label.
Westin Boston Seaport District
425 Summer Street. The official MCEC floor plans mark Westin skybridge access, making this the clearest documented weather-protected hotel connection.
Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport
The official Exhibit Level plan marks an MCEC–Omni access point. Some organizers actively use this connection, but verify that your event has it open for attendees.
Aloft Boston Seaport
Useful for Lot On D and the Hall C/D Street side. Compare your session location before assuming “closest hotel” means shortest indoor route.
Element Boston Seaport
Also by Lot On D and close to Hall C side geography. Check event housing, parking and luggage-storage terms.
Watch Party Search: The June/July Fan Zone Is Over
As of August 17, 2026: no current MCEC watch party appears on the official August venue calendar. Old search results can still surface the Boston Fan Zone program from earlier in the summer.
Signature Boston’s official Boston Fan Zone page lists the MCEC Grand Ballroom watch of Haiti vs Scotland on June 13, followed by additional June and July game watches around Lawn On D / Lot On D. That program’s listed games ended with the July 9 quarterfinal watch.
The Fan Zone page offered free South Lot parking during those game watches. That was a special event condition and must not be generalized into “free Boston Convention Center parking.” Normal current South Lot parking is $35 for a regular vehicle.
Search fix: when you see a “Boston Convention Center watch party” result, check its actual event date before driving to 415 Summer Street.
How Big Is the Boston Convention Center?
The current MCEC floor-plan material describes 2.1 million square feet across the building, including 516,000 square feet of contiguous, nearly column-free exhibit space, 82 meeting rooms and a 40,020-square-foot Grand Ballroom.
| Space | Official size/detail | Why an attendee/planner cares |
|---|---|---|
| Exhibit Hall A | 170,000 sq ft | Large hall with direct North Lobby access and registration/function connections. |
| Exhibit Hall B | 184,000 sq ft | Largest hall; can split into two 92,000 sq ft sections. |
| Exhibit Hall C | 162,000 sq ft | Adjacent to venue parking area; some organizers direct Hall C attendees from D Street. |
| Meeting rooms | 82 rooms / 151,781 sq ft total | Sessions can be spread across multiple levels; room number matters. |
| Grand Ballroom | 40,020 sq ft | Major sessions, presentations, meals and special events. |
| Registration/function areas | 8 registration areas on 2 levels; 300,000+ sq ft function/registration areas | Badge pickup may be far from your first session. |
| Loading docks | 62 covered loading dock bays | Exhibitors should use freight/move-in instructions, not attendee entrances. |
Navigation advantage: official MCEC materials say meeting rooms are arranged so building areas can generally be reached within about five minutes, but event crowding, elevators and registration queues can add time. Screenshot your room list anyway.
Wi-Fi, Quick Food, FedEx, Charging, ATMs and Nursing Pods
These details matter when you have 15 minutes between sessions. The official venue pages and floor-plan PDF identify both the service and, for several items, the useful side of the building.
| Need | Verified MCEC detail | Practical use |
|---|---|---|
| Free Wi-Fi | Complimentary throughout MCEC; current technology page says 514 access points. | Good attendee baseline; exhibitors with demos/streaming should read the dedicated-internet section below. |
| FedEx Office | Full-service business center; floor plan places it near the North Lobby side. | Printing, scanning, office supplies, shipping, posters and signs. |
| UnConventional Café | Coffee, pastries, made-to-order sandwiches, salads and soups; shown near North Lobby on Meeting Level 1. | Useful for a fast breakfast/lunch break; operating availability can follow event activity. |
| Market on Summer | Cashless/cashier-less frictionless market using Amazon Go-style technology; shown beside North Lobby services. | Grab-and-go option when session breaks are short. |
| Wicked Good Market | Multiple food stations; current food page describes salads, bowls, burritos, pizza/pasta and Samuel Adams Pub. | Better when you need a fuller meal than grab-and-go. |
| Charging stations | Venue lists USB-equipped charging stations. | Bring your own cable; do not assume one will be open during a packed break. |
| ATMs | Two ATM locations are listed at the facility. | An ATM does not override an event or outlet’s card/cash policy. |
| Mamava pods | Private lactation suites are available; nursing-pod symbols are shown in the floor-plan system. | Ask a Guest Services Associate for the closest pod to your sessions. |
| House phones | Black house phones support complimentary local/toll-free calls after dialing 9. | Useful if a phone battery dies or cellular service is inconvenient. |
Food-hours warning: permanent venue dining concepts exist, but not every counter must operate for every event hour. If you have a tight lunch break, identify a backup before the conference-wide break starts.
Mobility Help, First Aid, Lost & Found and Emergency Contact
Signature Boston says MCEC is entirely accessible and designed to ADA requirements and beyond. The infrastructure is venue-wide, but show-specific seating, interpreters, badge queues or special accommodations can still run through the event organizer.
Best advance question for the organizer: “Which entrance and route should I use for my hall, and who handles any event-specific mobility, seating or communication accommodation I need?” That prevents a long cross-building detour after arrival.
Exhibitor Ordering Rules That Can Save Time and Money
The 44-page 2026 MCEC Exhibitor Ordering Guide (Version 26.1) contains operational details that ordinary venue pages rarely surface. The most important ones are below; your show’s own exhibitor kit can add earlier deadlines or contractor rules.
Order before the 21-day discount cutoff
| Official 2026 rule | What it means for an exhibitor |
|---|---|
| Discount pricing cutoff | Order request and payment must be received 21 days before show opening to qualify for most discount rates. |
| Standard / onsite pricing | Standard rates apply after the cutoff until move-in starts; onsite rates begin once move-in has begun. |
| Online payment | Online orders require credit card payment. The guide says telephone orders are not accepted. |
| Booth number | Your booth number must appear on service order forms; booth changes should be reported before move-in. |
| Advance payment | Service is delivered only after payment is received. |
| Refund timing | Refund claims must be submitted to Exhibitor Services before the event closes; installed but unused services are not credited. |
Free Wi-Fi is not the same as booth internet
MCEC’s public Wi-Fi is complimentary, but the 2026 guide warns that its Basic wired service package may not be fast enough for streaming video or multi-purpose use. If your booth depends on demos, streaming, public IPs, multiple devices or stable production traffic, choose a managed/dedicated service that matches the requirement or ask Exhibitor Services about custom bandwidth.
Order 24-hour power when equipment must stay on
The guide says normal electrical service generally begins about 30 minutes before show opening and ends about one hour after show close. Refrigerators or other equipment that must run continuously require a 24-hour-power order.
What your own employees may move or install
Signature Boston’s current exhibitor page says employees of an exhibiting company may load/unload a personal, company-owned or rented vehicle up to 24 feet long, use company-owned hand-operated non-mechanized carts, pack/unpack company displays and use hand power tools. Exhibitors may not operate forklifts, pallet jacks or other mechanized material-handling equipment. Your event’s general contractor can impose additional coordination requirements.
Who Owns MCEC, and What Does the AIPC Gold Standard Mean?
The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (MCCA) owns and oversees MCEC. Massachusetts government describes MCCA as an independent public authority of the Commonwealth, which is why the structured data below models MCCA as the venue owner instead of pretending convention-center.org operates the building.
MCCA also says MCEC and Hynes hold the AIPC Gold Standard, the International Association of Congress Centres’ highest certification level under its quality guidelines. This is a verified venue certification, not a user rating or review score.
Common MCEC Mistakes and the Correct Next Step
| Problem | Why it happens | What to do now |
|---|---|---|
| Your ticket says BCEC but Maps says Menino/MCEC | The Seaport venue was renamed in 2025. | Confirm 415 Summer St; BCEC and MCEC can refer to the same building. |
| You followed the wrong Boston convention center | MCEC and Hynes are separate facilities. | Check the street address before parking or boarding transit. |
| Venue dates and organizer dates disagree | Venue blocks can include setup/breakdown. | Use the organizer for public attendee dates and daily hours. |
| South Lot is full | Onsite parking is limited. | Follow MCCA traffic direction to available Waterfront alternatives. |
| You parked near Hall C but registration is at the other end | The building spans three huge exhibit halls. | Use the official floor plan and ask a Guest Services Associate before crossing the building unnecessarily. |
| You expected free parking from a watch-party result | Free South Lot parking was event-specific to Boston Fan Zone game watches. | Use the current normal South Lot rate unless your current organizer explicitly says otherwise. |
| Your booth stream fails on basic internet | Basic service is not designed for every streaming/multi-purpose use case. | Contact Exhibitor Services for the appropriate managed bandwidth. |
| You missed a service discount | Venue discount pricing requires order and payment 21 days before show opening. | Order as early as possible and compare the standard/onsite rate before adding services. |
| You lost an item | Venue Lost & Found uses a claim workflow. | File the official form, save the case ID and attach a photo if possible. |

What events are at MCEC this weekend?
For Saturday and Sunday, August 22–23, 2026, AANA Annual Congress is underway at MCEC. AANA publishes attendee Congress dates of August 21–25. Use AANA for registration and daily programming.
Why does the AANA event show August 19–26 in one place and August 21–25 in another?
Signature Boston’s venue calendar shows a broader Aug 19–26 MCEC booking block, while AANA publishes Aug 21–25 as attendee Congress dates. Use the organizer’s dates when deciding when to attend.
How much is MCEC South Lot parking?
MCCA currently lists $35 for a regular-size vehicle and $70 for an oversized vehicle. Parking is limited and first come, first served.
Is Lot On D cheaper than MCEC South Lot?
At current posted self-park rates, Lot On D is $10 up to one hour, $20 up to three hours and $30 up to six hours, so it can be cheaper for a short visit. Over six hours it is $50 per calendar day, higher than South Lot’s $35 regular-vehicle rate.
Where is MCEC South Lot?
From Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive, pass the rideshare/drop-off area, continue along the building, turn right down the ramp at the end, then turn left at the bottom. The official floor plan places South Lot at the Hall C end of the Exhibit Level.
Which MBTA stop is closest to MCEC?
World Trade Center on the Silver Line is the practical nearby stop. From the station, the MCCA directions tell visitors to take the elevator to Level 2, follow signs toward MCEC/World Trade Center Avenue, then cross Summer Street.
How do I get from Logan Airport to MCEC?
Silver Line SL1 serves World Trade Center near MCEC, and taxi/rideshare are alternatives. MCEC is about 2.9 miles from Logan, but travel time varies with tunnel traffic and demand.
Which hotel has a direct MCEC connection?
The official MCEC floor plans mark Westin Boston Seaport District skybridge access. The Exhibit Level plan also marks an MCEC–Omni access point. Event security can determine which connections are open, so confirm your event route.
Which side is best for Hall C?
The official floor plan places Hall C on the South Lot/D Street end of the Exhibit Level. MEDevice Boston specifically recommends entering from D Street for its Hall C event, but other organizers may route attendees differently.
Does MCEC have free Wi-Fi?
Yes. Signature Boston says complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout MCEC, and the current technology page describes 514 access points. Exhibitors with streaming or production-critical needs should still evaluate dedicated service.
Where can I print or ship something inside MCEC?
MCEC has a full-service FedEx Office business center. The official Meeting Level 1 floor plan places FedEx near the North Lobby side.
Does MCEC have nursing or lactation rooms?
Signature Boston lists Mamava nursing pods at MCEC. Ask Guest Services for the pod closest to your event route.

Yes. Signature Boston says the facility is entirely accessible and designed to ADA requirements and beyond. Accessible South Lot spaces, limited complimentary wheelchairs through First Aid and golf-cart rides at most events are among the published resources.
What is the MCEC Public Safety number?
For personal assistance at MCEC, Signature Boston lists 617-954-2222. Lost items should be reported through the official online Lost & Found claim form.
When should exhibitors order venue services?
The 2026 MCEC Exhibitor Ordering Guide says most discount-rate orders require both the order request and payment at least 21 days before show opening. Standard and onsite rates apply later.
Is there a current MCEC watch party?
No current MCEC watch party appears on the official August calendar as of August 17, 2026. The official Boston Fan Zone page documents earlier June/July game watches, including a June 13 MCEC Grand Ballroom watch, but those listed dates are over.
How large is MCEC?
Signature Boston describes a 2.1-million-square-foot building with 516,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit space, 82 meeting rooms and a 40,020-square-foot Grand Ballroom.
