Accessibility Statement
We aim to make our convention center guides readable, mobile-friendly and easier to navigate for all visitors.
Accessibility Commitment
convention-center.org/ aims to make venue information easier to access and understand. We work toward clear headings, readable text, mobile-friendly layouts, descriptive links and structured pages that help users find important details without unnecessary confusion.
Accessibility Goals
- Clear heading structure.
- Readable font sizes and spacing.
- Mobile-friendly page layouts.
- Descriptive link text.
- Tables that convert into mobile-friendly sections.
- Plain-language explanations for venue tasks.
- Content that helps users decide which official source to contact.
External Website Limits
Our guides may link to official venue websites, PDFs, ticketing platforms, parking apps, hotel pages, map tools and city resources. We do not control the accessibility of external websites, but we can improve how we describe links and alternatives on our own pages.
How We Improve Access

Email contact@convention-center.org with the page URL, device, browser, assistive technology if applicable, and a short description of the issue.
Official Accommodation Requests
For event-specific accessibility accommodations, seating, parking, entry, service animals, ASL, mobility access or medical needs, contact the official venue or event organizer directly.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We welcome feedback that helps us improve the usability of our venue guides.
