Our corrections policy explains how readers, venues and local users can report errors and how our team reviews updates.
Corrections Policy
convention-center.org/ welcomes correction requests. Our goal is to maintain high-quality venue guides that are accurate, useful, human-reviewed and clear about official-source verification. When we find an error or receive a credible report, we review the issue manually and update the page when supported by reliable sources.
Corrections We Review
- Wrong or outdated venue phone numbers.
- Wrong street address, ZIP code, entrance note or map context.
- Broken official website, event calendar, planner or exhibitor link.
- Changed parking, transit, accessibility, visitor or bag policy page.
- Incorrect venue name, ownership/management language or facility description.
- Outdated event, booking, ticketing, lost and found or contact instructions.
- Confusing wording that could send users to the wrong office or unofficial source.
What We Cannot Correct
We cannot change information controlled by an official convention center, city office, event organizer, ticketing company, parking operator, map provider or hotel. If an official venue page is wrong, the correction must be made by that office. We can only update our own content after review.
How to Request a Correction
How We Handle Corrections
Correction requests are reviewed by a human. If the correction is confirmed, we may update the page, rewrite a section, replace a broken link, add a caution note, change the map wording, or remove unverified details. For high-impact changes such as safety, official contact, address or ticketing issues, we treat the report as a priority because users may be planning real travel or event attendance.
If a correction cannot be verified, we may still make wording safer by directing readers to the official venue for final confirmation.
Venue and Official Office Reports
If you represent a venue, tourism office, city authority, event organizer or management company, include your official page, role, correction details and preferred public source. We prefer to link to official public pages rather than unpublished private instructions.

Official Action Reminder
If your issue involves tickets, refunds, venue entry, emergency safety, event cancellation, exhibitor services or booking contracts, contact the official venue or event organizer directly.
