Orlando Convention Center: Plan Your Visit Without Guesswork
The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) hosts major trade shows, conferences, consumer exhibitions and meetings in Orlando’s International Drive district. Before arranging a hotel, parking or transportation, identify the correct building for your event.
Most important: The venue has three directional addresses. A generic search for “convention center Orlando” may take you to the wrong entrance.

Directions to North →South Concourse
9899 International Drive
Orlando, FL 32819
Use for South Concourse events and entrances near the Hilton Orlando pedestrian connection.
Directions to South →How to find your correct entrance
- Open your event confirmation. Look for “venue,” “hall,” “building,” “registration” or “arrival instructions.”
- Identify West, North or South. If only an exhibit hall number is printed, consult the organizer’s event map.
- Save the correct address. Avoid using the venue’s mailing P.O. Box for GPS.
- Check parking and drop-off instructions. The nearest accessible entrance may differ from the main building address.
- Save your registration location. A hall, lobby or room number gives you a useful final destination inside the complex.

- What are the cancellation, refund and badge-transfer rules?
Driving & parking
Orange County Convention Center Parking: Lots, Prices & Rules
OCCC operates visitor parking serving the West and North-South buildings, with additional facilities in the convention district. Parking is generally provided on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to event assignments and availability.
Cashless parking
Accepted options include major credit cards and supported mobile payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Bring a working payment method rather than relying on cash.
No overnight parking
OCCC generally prohibits overnight vehicle parking. Standard parking purchases are final. Use a hotel or separately authorized overnight facility for multiday storage.
Which parking area should you choose?
| Area | Location / use | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| West Building parking | West Concourse side; access based on event traffic routing. | West hall assignment, open lots and any prepaid pass. |
| North-South parking | North and South Concourse side, including areas reached from Universal Boulevard. | Whether your show uses North or South entrance. |
| Destination Parkway parking | Parking garage/overflow facilities in the convention district. | Event availability and whether shuttle service is operating. |
| Off-site parking | Privately operated or special-event alternatives. | Operator pricing, walking route, opening hours and re-entry terms. |
How much does parking cost?
A single permanent price should not be assumed for every event. Prices may change with vehicle type, event arrangements, parking product and entry conditions. Tax may also apply.
For example, the official PGA Show January 2026 parking map listed $20 for a regular vehicle in specified OCCC parking locations and $40 for an oversized vehicle, before applicable taxes. Those amounts applied to that event; they are not a guaranteed current rate for other shows.
How to arrange parking before arrival
- Confirm your show date and whether your event is at West, North or South.
- Open occc.net and navigate to the parking/attendee information.
- Check if the event offers official parking prepayment.
- If prepayment is available, choose the correct event, date and parking product.
- Review vehicle size restrictions, total price, taxes, re-entry conditions and refund terms.
- Pay through the authorized parking portal and save the confirmation or QR code.
- Follow current OCCC roadway message signs to the designated event parking entrance.
Accessible, oversized and exhibitor parking
- Accessible parking: ADA-designated spaces are provided at venue parking areas but are limited. Confirm the accessible entrance and parking route for your event.
- Overflow parking: Some larger events use additional lots and shuttles. Service only applies when arranged and operating.
- Oversized vehicles: Expect different pricing and possible restrictions. RV parking does not mean overnight camping is authorized.
- Exhibitors: Event planning documents describe special conditions for exhibitors, including possible in/out privileges with a valid receipt and exhibitor badge, subject to availability. General attendees should not assume the same benefit.
- Loading docks: Service and freight entrances are not general visitor parking areas.

Where to stay
Hotels Near Orange County Convention Center
Hotel location matters because the OCCC campus is large. A room close to the West Building may be less convenient for a South Concourse event. Four major neighboring hotels have pedestrian bridge connections with the convention center district.
| Hotel | Location advantage | Best planning consideration |
|---|---|---|
| Hyatt Regency Orlando | 9801 International Drive; skybridge connection to the West Building. | Strong choice for West Concourse conferences and early registration. |
| Rosen Plaza Hotel | 9700 International Drive; connected by pedestrian skybridge. | Convenient for West-side events and nearby International Drive amenities. |
| Rosen Centre Hotel | 9840 International Drive; connected pedestrian access in the convention district. | Consider when walking to the venue is a priority; check the route to your assigned hall. |
| Hilton Orlando | 6001 Destination Parkway; pedestrian bridge connection toward the South Concourse. | Especially useful to consider for South-side events. |
| Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive Convention Center | International Drive area, separate from the attached bridge hotels. | Compare actual walking distance, breakfast, hotel fees and event shuttles. |
| Hampton Inn Orlando International Drive Convention Center | International Drive hotel area. | Compare total price and transport options, not just the hotel’s name. |
How to choose the best hotel for your event
- Identify your actual event concourse before searching hotel rooms.
- Prioritize a direct pedestrian bridge or practical walking route where available.
- Check the hotel entrance-to-registration route, not just straight-line distance.
- Compare nightly price plus taxes, parking, resort/destination fees and breakfast.
- Ask whether conference block rates are available through the official event housing portal.
- Read cancellation deadlines carefully, especially if your schedule may change.
- For accessibility needs, confirm the step-free route between the hotel and your hall.

| Conference shuttle | Attendees at participating event hotels. | Only available where arranged; check your specific organizer schedule. |
| I-RIDE Trolley | Trips within the International Drive tourist district. | Useful for local stops; it is not a direct MCO airport express. |
Typical driving approach from MCO
- Leave the airport using the signed road network toward SR 528 West.

- Use the precise West, North or South Concourse address in your navigation app.

Accessibility, Food, Wi-Fi & Visitor Services
Accessibility
OCCC provides accessible facilities and designated parking. Confirm the nearest accessible entrance, elevator route, mobility support and seating arrangements with your event organizer when necessary.

Complimentary wireless service is available in public areas and meeting rooms under the venue’s public Wi-Fi network. Event-specific networks and higher-capacity services may differ.
Food & beverages
The facility includes concession areas, food courts and other dining services. Availability depends on the event, building and operating schedule. Nearby International Drive restaurants offer alternatives.
Guest assistance
Use the venue’s guest services areas for general facility directions. For badge problems, event admission or program changes, contact the event’s own registration desk.
What to know about security and prohibited items
Screening procedures and permitted items can vary by event. An exhibition, professional conference, fan convention and sporting event may use different security arrangements.
- Check the organizer’s bag size, inspection and prohibited-item policies.
- Verify rules for outside food, drinks, luggage and equipment.
- Costumes, props, photography equipment and recording devices may have event-specific restrictions.
- Use the designated exhibitor freight and loading process for commercial displays, rather than attendee entrances.
- For an emergency, call 911 and identify your building, exhibit hall or meeting-room location.
Convention center accessibility checklist
- Confirm whether your parking lot offers accessible spaces for the assigned entrance.
- Identify elevators rather than assuming all walkways or entrances are step-free.
- Check seating, interpretation or other event-specific accommodation requirements.
- Allow additional travel time for long internal corridors.
- If using an event shuttle, confirm accessible vehicle availability and booking procedures.
