Denver Airport Rail, RTD Transit & 2026 Construction Changes

Denver International Airport (DEN) is connected to downtown Denver by RTD’s A Line commuter rail. The Colorado Convention Center is not located at the airport rail’s Union Station terminal, so a final downtown transfer or walk is necessary.

From Denver International Airport

  1. Follow airport signs to the RTD A Line train platform.
  2. Purchase the appropriate ticket or use an accepted fare method.
  3. Ride the A Line toward Denver Union Station.
  4. Exit at Union Station, then check current downtown transit or walking routes to 700 14th Street.
  5. Allow sufficient time for event registration and indoor navigation.
2026 RTD alert: Starting June 7, 2026, the D, H and L light rail lines were suspended for downtown rail reconstruction, expected to continue into the first quarter of 2027. Temporary C and T line arrangements were announced. Check live RTD services rather than using pre-construction directions.

  • Bring required badges or digital confirmations.
  • Verify event-specific bag and photography rules.
  • Follow the assigned exhibit or meeting entrance.

Bellco Theatre Guests
