02 / Arriving at the correct lobby

Main Entrance, Lobby G and Convention Center Hall Access

Julia Street / Great Hall Entrance

900 Convention Center Boulevard

The primary public entrance is at the Julia Street corner. It is especially useful when your event’s registration or sessions are near the Great Hall.

Lobby G Transportation Center

Access from Calliope Street

Preferred for travelers using the officially designated taxi or rideshare zone. Follow the signed pedestrian crossing to the Lobby G entrance.

Halls H, I and J

These halls are toward the south/Henderson Street end of the convention campus, close to several venue parking facilities.

Confirm which hall and hall division your event uses.

Exhibitor Deliveries

101 Henderson Street is identified for certain venue freight operations, but individual trade shows may assign a different marshaling yard, contractor and loading schedule.

Never use this as a universal exhibitor delivery address without an event-specific manual.

How to choose your entrance

  1. Find the exact hall or meeting room.

Look at your ticket, exhibitor manual or conference email.

  2. Locate it on the official floor plan.

Distinguish Julia/Great Hall areas from the later H–J halls.

  3. Choose your mode of arrival.

Drivers, rideshare passengers and hotel guests may use different approaches.

  4. Use organizer-specific instructions.

Major conferences sometimes assign particular public entrances and registration desks.

Parking step by step

  1. Check your event hall.

Lots F and G are at the south end, so they may not be the shortest walking choice for every event.

  2. Choose Lot F or G.

Use 400 Calliope Street or 355 Henderson Street in your navigation system.

  3. Check ParkMobile availability.

Some parking can be reserved online in advance. Review the date, lot and total charge.

  4. Follow the onsite entry signs.

Do not stop in restricted exhibitor loading areas or along Convention Center Boulevard.

  5. Complete cashless payment.

Use the authorized payment system and retain your parking confirmation.

  6. Save the lot and pedestrian route.

Walk toward the appropriate lobby and follow event signs to registration.

Electric Vehicle Charging
