How to Find Any Event, Ticket Price or Registration

Las Vegas hosts conferences at several different facilities. A show taking place in Las Vegas is not necessarily held at LVCC. Follow these steps to avoid booking the wrong venue or ticket.

  1. Check the LVCC calendar. Open the LVCVA event listings and locate the desired show. This calendar highlights larger events and is not an exhaustive listing.
  2. Confirm the venue. Look for Las Vegas Convention Center and 3150 Paradise Road on the event organizer’s website.
  3. Find the exact show dates. Registration, conference education, exhibitions and public-access days may differ.
  4. Check admission eligibility. Determine whether the event is public, trade-only, invitation-only or requires professional credentials.
  5. Review the price and inclusions. Some events sell separate exhibition, conference, workshop or VIP passes.
  6. Locate badge pickup. The organizer may assign registration to West, North, Central or South Hall rather than the nearest entrance.
  7. Purchase through the official organizer. Save the order confirmation, event map, cancellation policy and badge instructions.

Las Vegas Convention Center Parking: Fees, Lots & Availability

The LVCC campus has several named parking lots, but not every lot is open for every event. Published organizer charges differ: examples include $15, $20 and $25 per vehicle. These are event-specific amounts, not one universally applicable daily rate.

Real parking examples from 2026 event guidance

EventPublished Parking Arrangement
NBAA-BACE, October 20–22$20 per space; limited parking and same-day re-entry subject to availability.
SEMA Show, November 3–6Organizer advises attendees not to expect on-site LVCC parking.
RE+ 2026$25 per space in identified event lots, with receipt-based re-entry subject to space.
Overnight parking: Published event instructions prohibit overnight parking on the LVCC campus. A convention parking space is not a substitute for hotel guest parking. Re-entry permissions and payment methods also vary.

Parking in five practical steps

  1. Find your event’s actual hall and its organizer parking page.
  2. Check which lots are permitted for that event and date.
  3. Confirm the daily charge, payment method and whether prebooking is available.
  4. Save the lot entrance on your map; do not navigate only to the general LVCC address.
  5. Arrive with enough time for traffic, parking, badge pickup and walking to the assigned hall.

For detailed South Hall routes, parking options and exhibit levels, read our Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall parking and S1–S4 guide . It helps when your show is assigned to Bronze Lot or South Hall.

West, North, Central & South Hall: Choose the Correct Entrance

The Las Vegas Convention Center is a large campus. Finding the correct building and registration desk can save more time than choosing the closest hotel or parking lot.

West Hall

Western section of the campus, near Diamond Lot and West Vegas Loop Station. It includes large exhibit spaces, meeting rooms and a major registration lobby.

North Hall

North-side exhibition and meeting area. Confirm whether your registration is in North Hall or a connected Central Hall lobby.

Central Hall

Core campus exhibit area near the Paradise Road side and the Las Vegas Monorail access route. Different events use different portions of Central Hall.

South Hall

Southern section with exhibit areas S1–S4 on two levels. Bronze Lot and Vegas Loop South Station are important nearby navigation references.

How to find your booth or conference room

  1. Read your organizer confirmation for the hall designation.
  2. Find the booth, meeting-room or session number.
  3. Check the assigned floor and badge pickup location.
  4. Use the event-specific floor plan for booth and exhibitor locations.
  5. Use the general campus map only for building, parking and transportation orientation.
  6. Follow signs or staff directions when the event has temporary layouts.

Exhibitor reminder: Public visitor entrances are different from freight loading and exhibitor move-in. Get dock assignments, delivery windows, material-handling instructions and badges from your show’s exhibitor manual.
