Compare the long-stay ceiling, closing time and your event entrance—not just the first-hour price. A cheaper garage can still be a worse choice if it closes before your reception or adds a long walk with samples/luggage.

Both PPA pages publish timing-based specials. They only work if your entry and exit times satisfy the stated conditions, so read the garage page before relying on the discount.

PCC lists 1,408 rooms. This is the strongest choice when your meeting footprint is near the Grand Hall / central connection and you value indoor convenience.

PCC lists 179 rooms. The property has a direct connection near the Broad Street side, which can be especially useful for west-side programming.

Many conference housing blocks include several walkable hotels. Use the organizer’s approved housing link before booking because group rates, shuttle eligibility and cancellation terms are event-specific.
