Seattle Convention Center: Know Arch vs Summit Before You Go
Seattle Convention Center is a downtown campus, not one single entrance. Arch is centered at 705 Pike Street; Summit is at 900 Pine Street. Your event building should decide your entrance, garage, rideshare point and walking route.
This guide answers the practical questions behind Seattle Convention Center events, parking, hotels, today’s schedule, Summit access and maps without pretending every event uses the same building or rules.
Seattle Convention Center Quick Answers
The fastest way to avoid a wrong turn is to identify the building before you choose a garage, hotel or drop-off point. Seattle Convention Center is a downtown campus with Arch and Summit separated by city blocks.
Seattle, WA 98101-2310. Main pedestrian entrance: 7th Ave + Pike.
Main pedestrian entrance: 9th Ave + Pine.
General Seattle Convention Center inquiries.
No public event for today was confidently verified in this audit; private activity may still occur.
Official organizer program places sessions in Summit Level 4/5 spaces.
Arch, Summit and Freeway Park; current drive-up rates start at $7–$8.
Enter after 5 PM through midnight; Freeway Park uses the standard day rate.
Use Sound Transit—not older SCC fare text—for current fare information.
Available through Aug. 31, 2026; three consecutive days.
Visit Seattle has a building-specific Arch/Summit proximity tool.
Public connection is intended for ordinary browsing, email and messaging—not production internet.
Then choose entrance, parking, transit and hotel route.
Choose the Visit Path That Matches Your Trip
Your ticket says Arch
Start from 705 Pike, then use the organizer’s hall/room and entrance instructions. Arch Garage is the attached SCC-operated garage.
Your ticket says Summit
Start from 900 Pine. Summit Garage enters at 1009 Olive Way; rideshare/bus drop-off is on 9th between Pine and Olive.
You need a hotel
Choose by the walking route to your actual building and event housing block—not by a generic “near convention center” distance.
You need operational access
Use the show manual, docks/HCF route, service deadlines and SCC Event Manager instructions rather than attendee arrival directions.
Seattle Center is not Seattle Convention Center. Seattle Center is the separate Space Needle / Climate Pledge Arena campus around 305 Harrison Street. Seattle Convention Center is downtown at 705 Pike (Arch) and 900 Pine (Summit). Search results can mix the two, so confirm the name before following parking or event results.
Seattle Convention Center Today — August 17, 2026
Today check: the official SCC Upcoming Events page is live, but its dated listings were not exposed in the indexable page content available during this audit. We therefore did not invent an “event today” listing. Public areas can be open even when a public show is not listed, and private/credentialed activity may not be searchable.
Today’s public building access
Arch public areas: 6 AM–8 PM daily. Summit Market Lobby: 6 AM–10 PM daily. Event areas open only for the event’s published or pre-arranged staffed hours.
Events this weekend
For Aug. 22–23, we did not confidently verify a public SCC event from the official venue/organizer sources audited. Check the SCC live calendar before traveling for a specific show.
Next verified event
The SISO Leadership Conference runs Aug. 18–20, 2026 at Seattle Convention Center. Its official program lists sessions in the Terrace Suite and Rooms 427–429 on Level 4, plus the Signature Room on Level 5. Check your registration details for the exact building entrance.
Why “today” can be tricky
Some meetings are private, some calendars are dynamically rendered, and the organizer—not SCC—often controls registration, badges and final session schedules.
Do not drive downtown because a third-party event page says “today.” First verify the date, building and organizer. If a listing only says “Seattle Convention Center” without Arch or Summit, resolve that before choosing a garage.
Seattle Convention Center Events and Schedule
The most useful schedule is not a long copied calendar. It is a verified chain: SCC calendar → official organizer → building → daily hours → entry/badge rules.
Use the event name or date. Treat it as the venue-level starting point.
Confirm tickets, registration, badge pickup, event hours, age restrictions and refund terms there.
Do not assume all SCC events use 705 Pike. Large events can use both buildings.
This determines the most practical entrance, parking garage and internal walking route.
Parking capacity, transit alerts and organizer instructions can change after you first booked.
| Event | Date | Building | Why this is useful |
|---|---|---|---|
| SISO Leadership Conference | Aug. 18–20, 2026 | Seattle Convention Center | Official SISO program lists Level 4/5 session rooms; registered attendees should follow conference credentials and building instructions. |
| PAX West 2026 | Sep. 4–7, 2026 | Arch + Summit | Official PAX site publishes both addresses and daily show hours; expect a campus-wide plan rather than one entrance. |
| AOFAS Annual Meeting & IFFAS | Sep. 16–19, 2026 | Arch | Official association housing/travel page identifies Seattle Convention Center – Arch. |
Schedule label: this is not a complete event calendar. It includes only future events we could independently verify from authoritative organizer sources during the August 17 audit. Use the official SCC calendar for the live venue schedule.
Seattle Convention Center Summit vs Arch
The SCC campus includes Arch at 705 Pike, Arch at 800 Pike and Summit at 900 Pine. Summit is the newer vertical event building; the buildings are close, but they are not one front door.
| Detail | Arch | Summit |
|---|---|---|
| Primary address | 705 Pike St | 900 Pine St |
| Main pedestrian entrance | 7th Ave & Pike St | 9th Ave & Pine St |
| Private / rideshare drop-off | 725 Pike | 9th Ave between Pine & Olive |
| Bus drop-off | 800 Convention Place | 9th Ave between Pine & Olive |
| Direct SCC garage | Arch Garage • 1400 8th Ave | Summit Garage • 1009 Olive Way |
| Public-access hours | 6 AM–8 PM is consistent across official pages | Official pages conflict: detailed visitor/guideline text says 6 AM–10 PM; campus summary says 8 AM–10 PM |
| Planning scale | Arch 705 planner page: 334,392 sq ft; Arch 800: 35,000 sq ft | April 2026 floor-plan booklet: 574,630 sq ft total event space |
Summit opening-time conflict: do not use a generic building-hours page as your event check-in time. SCC’s official pages currently disagree on whether the Summit public lobby begins at 6 AM or 8 AM. Your organizer’s registration/opening time is the practical final authority.
Summit level cheat sheet from the April 2026 floor-plan PDF
| Level | Official PDF detail | Why an attendee cares |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Market 8,400 sq ft; Summit Lobby 10,400 sq ft; public garage interface; Pine and Olive entrances | Street-level orientation, registration access, retail/market and elevator choices. |
| Level EX | 138,000 sq ft exhibit hall; Hall 1 45,100 sq ft; Hall 2 76,900 sq ft | Large expo events may place show-floor activity below the street-level lobby. |
| Level 2 | 100,130 sq ft carpeted Flex Hall | Can be configured for exhibits, sessions or meals; do not assume “Hall” means Level EX. |
| Level 3 | Up to 29 meeting rooms; 14,000 sq ft Garden Terrace; 92 sq ft Wellness Room | Useful when your agenda names a 300-series room, terrace or wellness space. |
| Level 4 | Up to 32 meeting rooms plus Terrace Suite; 50,800 sq ft of meeting rooms | Current SISO program uses Terrace Suite and Rooms 427–429. |
| Level 5 | Finneran Ballroom 58,650 sq ft plus additional meeting/support areas | Major general sessions and large ballroom functions may route here. |
Fresh floor-plan update: older SCC/Visit Seattle pages still surface rounded figures such as 573,770 total event space, 58,000 ballroom and 248,450 exhibit space. The official April 2026 Summit floor-plan booklet gives newer totals of 574,630, 58,650 and 248,590 square feet respectively, so this refresh uses the newer booklet for planner-level figures.
Seattle Convention Center Parking: 3 Garages, Rates, Pay Stations & Clearances
SCC operates Arch Garage, Summit Garage and Freeway Park Garage. Choose by building + vehicle height + event end time + accessibility route, not by price alone.
| Garage | Entrance | Clearance | Hours | Best planning use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Arch Garage | 1400 8th Ave | 6′5″ | 5:30 AM–midnight daily | Attached Arch parking when your vehicle clears 6′5″. |
| Summit Garage | 1009 Olive Way | 8′4″ entry; 6′10″ other levels | 5:30 AM–midnight daily | Direct Summit parking; watch internal-level clearance signs. |
| Freeway Park Garage | 1267 Hubbell Place | 6′9″ | 5:30 AM–8 PM daily on current Parking page | Arch-area alternative; not ideal when a late event could run past closing. |
| Parked time | Arch & Summit | Freeway Park |
|---|---|---|
| 0–0.5 hour | $8 | $7 |
| 0.5–1 hour | $10 | $9 |
| 1–2 hours | $11 | $10 |
| 2–4 hours | $20 | $19 |
| 4–8 hours | $24 | $23 |
| 8–10 hours | $26 | $25 |
| 10–12 hours | $28 | $27 |
| 12–24 hours | $37 | $36 |
| Evening: enter after 5 PM to midnight | $9 | Standard day rate applies |
| Lost ticket | $37 | $36 |
How to pay without holding up the garage exit
SCC tells drivers to pay before returning to the vehicle.
Arch: Level 3 at the 8th Avenue garage entrance/exit, Aisle A by the crosswalk. Summit: garage lobby. Freeway Park: Level G.
The current SCC parking page says only major credit cards are accepted for garage parking fees.
If the gate has a problem, use the intercom rather than backing into the queue.
Reserve before a big show
SCC has an official SpotHero partnership and says garages sometimes fill. Confirm the reservation’s exact garage and event date.
EV charging
Four stations are available across Arch Aisle A and Summit Level 1B. Arch: first two charging hours free, then $2/hour. Summit: $2/hour. Parking fees still apply.
Bicycle parking
Arch has room for roughly 10–15 bikes on the Blue Level; Summit has bike parking on the purple level. Locking stands also exist outside. SCC does not offer bike storage.
Parking validation
Meeting planners can arrange validation through their Event Manager, normally 30 days ahead. Validation has no in/out privileges and does not guarantee a space.
Accessible garage route matters in Seattle weather
| Garage | ADA spaces | Route detail |
|---|---|---|
| Arch | 16 | Blue Level, end of Aisle F. No elevator inside the garage; use blue ramp into SCC Level 3, then the accessible elevator near Room 310. |
| Summit | 18 | Six per level across three levels, located near elevators. |
| Freeway Park | 16 | Four per level. Elevator to PARK Level, then cross uncovered Freeway Park Plaza to SCC Level 4. |
Late-event conflict: SCC’s dedicated Parking page says Freeway Park closes at 8 PM daily; a broader Guidelines page still contains an older 10 PM weekday line. Use the dedicated parking page and posted garage hours as the current operational reference.
Seattle Convention Center Map: Use the Right Pin
Searching only “Seattle Convention Center” can route you to the wrong side of the campus. If your event says Summit, navigate to 900 Pine St. If it says Arch, start with 705 Pike St or your organizer’s exact door.
Link Light Rail to Seattle Convention Center
Westlake is a practical downtown Link station for the SCC district. Sound Transit is the current fare source: the regular adult one-way fare on the 1 and 2 Lines is $3.
Current flat Link fare.
Qualifying low-income adult fare.
With qualifying RRFP.
Sound Transit youth fare.
Stale fare warning: SCC’s Getting Here page still shows an older distance-based $2.25–$3.25 adult range. Sound Transit’s current fare page lists $3 flat adult fare, so use Sound Transit when values conflict.
August-only option: 3-Day PugetPass
Through August 31, 2026, ORCA is selling a promotional three-day regional pass: $18 adult or $6 ORCA LIFT / RRFP senior / disabled. It activates on the next tap, runs for three consecutive days, and expires at 3 AM after day three. It is best suited to visitors expecting more than two covered transit rides per day for three days.
- You need a plastic ORCA card or an eligible digital ORCA card on Android/Google Wallet.
- An adult plastic ORCA card costs $3 in addition to the pass.
- The pass covers participating trips up to the pass value; some premium services can require extra E-purse value.
- Each traveler needs their own payment method; one tap is for one person.
SEA Airport to Seattle Convention Center
| Option | Current useful detail | Best for | What varies |
|---|---|---|---|
| Link light rail | Sound Transit says SEA to the heart of downtown takes about 38 minutes; trains depart every 8–10 minutes for most of the day. | Budget-conscious travelers and light luggage | Add station walk time from Westlake to Arch/Summit. |
| Night Bus 570 | 2026 pilot provides overnight airport–downtown service when trains are not running, about every 30 minutes. | Very early/late flights | Check current overnight schedule and stop. |
| Rideshare / taxi | SCC’s transport page gives a $40–$55 one-way downtown reference range. | Door-to-door convenience or more luggage | Traffic, surge pricing and live taxi/app quote. |
| Rental car | Useful if Seattle is only one part of your trip. | Multi-destination travel | Add downtown parking cost and garage clearance. |
2026 airport improvement: Sound Transit launched overnight Route 570 in March 2026, giving airport travelers an overnight transit option between SeaTac/Airport and downtown when Link trains are out of service.
Seattle Convention Center Hotels: Choose for Arch or Summit
Visit Seattle currently describes 65+ hotels in the downtown core and roughly 7,000 rooms within an 11-block radius of Seattle Convention Center. That density means “closest hotel” is less useful than “closest to my building and morning schedule.”
| Hotel / hotel type | Why it can work | Check before booking |
|---|---|---|
| Hyatt Regency Seattle | Large downtown hotel in the immediate Summit/Arch convention district; useful for big group blocks. | Which SCC building your sessions use, official event block, parking, cancellation and luggage storage. |
| Sheraton Grand Seattle | Very close to the Arch side of the campus and a major convention hotel. | Walk route to Summit if your event spans both buildings; room-block deadline. |
| Grand Hyatt Seattle | Central Pine Street location convenient to both the convention district and Westlake transit. | Exact route to your building, parking and event rate. |
| Hyatt at Olive 8 | Useful Summit-side location near Olive/8th area. | Building assignment, room-block terms and late-session walk. |
| Other downtown hotels | Visit Seattle lists nearly 17,000 rooms across walkable downtown. | Use its Arch/Summit proximity tool instead of choosing only by hotel star rating. |
Hotel scam protection: for conferences with official housing blocks, use the organizer’s housing link. Industry meetings can warn attendees against unsolicited “housing companies” that request credit-card details. A room being near SCC does not make a third-party housing solicitation official.
Conference housing warning: use the housing link supplied by your own event organizer when a room block exists. Current AOFAS/IFFAS 2026 housing guidance explicitly warns attendees not to give personal or card details to unsolicited alternative housing vendors—an example of why event-specific housing links matter.
Seattle Convention Center Hours
| Area | Published hours | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Arch public areas | 6 AM–8 PM daily | General public-space access; your event hall can have different controlled hours. |
| Summit Market Lobby | 6 AM–10 PM daily | Lobby hours are not a promise that your meeting/event floor is open. |
| Event areas | Published / pre-arranged staffed hours | Use organizer schedule for doors, badge pickup and session access. |
| Arch Garage | 5:30 AM–midnight daily | Useful for early/late Arch attendance. |
| Summit Garage | 5:30 AM–midnight daily | Useful for early/late Summit attendance. |
| Freeway Park Garage | 5:30 AM–8 PM daily on current dedicated parking page | Verify late departure before choosing this garage. |
Source conflict handled: SCC’s Campus page currently displays Summit as 8 AM–10 PM, while its Visitor page and detailed Guidelines state 6 AM–10 PM for the Summit Market Lobby. This guide uses the more specific Guidelines/Visitor wording and keeps the distinction between public lobby hours and event-space hours.
Accessible Entrances, Parking, Elevators and Mobility Support
SCC says its public areas, lobbies, exhibit halls, ballrooms and meeting rooms are ADA accessible. The official Accessibility Guide adds entrance-level detail that is easy to miss on normal venue pages.
Automatic-door entrances from the official Accessibility Guide PDF
| Building | Official PDF detail | Practical use |
|---|---|---|
| Arch 705 | Three street-level pedestrian entrances with push-button automatic doors. Two are on the south side of Pike between 7th/8th with ramps; the Convention Place shuttle entrance has a short curb and ramp. | Choose the door nearest your hall while preserving an accessible route. |
| Arch 800 | Main doors are on the north side of Pike between 8th/9th, with ramp access in addition to stairs. | Useful for meetings assigned specifically to Arch at 800 Pike. |
| Summit | Three pedestrian entrances, each with at least one push-button automatic door. Pine Plaza has ramps/stairs; 9th Avenue and Olive Way entrances provide elevator access to Level 1. | Useful when stairs, weather or a specific elevator approach matters. |
PDF freshness rule: SCC’s Accessibility Guide is dated 2023. Its entrance/navigation details remain useful, but this page uses the current SCC Parking page for 2026 accessible-space counts and garage operating details.
Mobility device warning
SCC does not provide wheelchairs or other mobility devices to attendees except in a medical emergency. Ask SCC/event staff in advance for rental referrals if needed.
Assisted listening & stage access
Assisted-listening/hearing devices are available by advance request. Stage ramps and wheelchair lifts are subject to availability and advance coordination.
Plan special requirements early
SCC asks planners to advise the Event Manager of special accessibility considerations at least 30 days ahead when possible.
Service animals
ADA service animals are permitted. Other animals in event space require advance written approval when legitimately needed for an exhibit/activity.
Security and medical help
| Building | Security Control | Use |
|---|---|---|
| Arch | 206-694-5127 • 9th Ave & Pike | On-site security, emergency coordination and lost/found support. |
| Summit | 206-219-4748 • 1011 Olive Way | Building security, emergency coordination and lost/found support. |
SCC states Security Control operates 24/7/365 and coordinates emergency response; AEDs are placed throughout the facility. For an immediate life-threatening emergency, follow onsite staff/security instructions and local emergency procedures.
Wi-Fi, Cashless Payments, Food Rules, Restrooms and Lost & Found
Complimentary Wi-Fi
SCC provides complimentary Wi-Fi in lobbies and meeting rooms. Visitor guidance describes the public connection as 1 Mbps per connection, intended for basic browsing, email, texting and social media.
Cashless facility
SCC is cashless, although individual retailers may accept cash. A cash-to-card self-service kiosk is listed on Level 1 near the Convention Place entrance.
Outside food
SCC’s event guidelines say outside food or beverage may not be brought in for consumption by guests, exhibitors, attendees or show staff. Event-approved sampling has separate rules.
Lost & found
Found items are logged with Security Control. Note the building, level, room and approximate time before contacting the appropriate Arch or Summit security desk.
Other venue-use details that can save a trip back outside
Seattle Convention Center Exhibitor Move-In, Docks and Hand-Carried Freight
Attendee parking is not a freight plan. Show Management establishes HCF hours, and your exhibitor manual should override generic venue routing when it gives show-specific instructions.
Loading docks
| Building | Dock access | Official operating detail |
|---|---|---|
| Arch | 1315 Hubbell Place | Two covered loading docks. Regular loading-dock hours are Mon–Fri, 7 AM–4 PM unless Show Management arranges otherwise. |
| Summit | 1715 Boren Avenue | 18-bay dock. SCC instructs trucks to approach southbound on Boren and turn right; do not attempt a northbound left turn. |
Hand-Carried Freight routes
| Area | Access | Vehicle limit | What to remember |
|---|---|---|---|
| Arch North HCF | 1521 9th Ave | 9′8″ entry; some stalls as low as 7′9″; standard full-size vans clear | Use only during published HCF hours; watch internal clearance signs. |
| Arch South HCF | 1400 8th Ave via Arch Garage | 6′5″; full-size vans do not clear | Do not commit to this route with a tall van. |
| Summit HCF | 1009 Olive Way via Summit Garage | 8′4″ at Level 1 HCF; standard full-size vans only | No trailers; route serves Summit levels/areas. |
Hall-assignment conflict: SCC’s dedicated Docks & Freight page and broader Guidelines page currently reverse which Arch North/South HCF area “typically” serves some halls. Because show routing can also change, this guide intentionally does not tell you to pick an HCF entrance from hall name alone. Use your current show manual or Show Management instruction.
- HCF loading/unloading has a strict one-hour time limit.
- Trailers cannot be accommodated in HCF areas.
- SCC cannot accept exhibitor deliveries for you; follow the show’s freight/general-service-contractor instructions.
- Complimentary flatbed carts can be available first come, first served during published HCF hours.
- Smart City is SCC’s exclusive data/telecom provider; Edlen is exclusive for supplemental/temporary electrical and air/water/drain; Encore is exclusive for ballroom rigging.
Seattle Convention Center Space, Floor Loads and PDF Planning Details
The main web pages are enough for casual visitors, but the official 2025 Event Planning Guide and April 2026 Summit floor-plan booklet contain the details planners and exhibitors usually have to hunt for.
| Venue component | Current useful figure | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Arch at 705 Pike | 334,392 sq ft on SCC planner page | Original building with exhibit halls, ballrooms, meeting rooms and two docks. |
| Arch at 800 Pike | 35,000 sq ft; 17 meeting rooms | Separate Arch meeting facility across Pike from the original building. |
| Summit total event space | 574,630 sq ft in April 2026 floor-plan booklet | Use this newest official planning booklet figure rather than older rounded totals. |
| Summit total exhibit space | 248,590 sq ft | Exhibit Hall + Exhibit Lobby + Flex Hall total. |
| Finneran Ballroom | 58,650 sq ft | Large ballroom/general-session scale. |
| Garden Terrace | 14,000 sq ft | Outdoor event component; weather plan matters. |
Floor-load limits hidden in the Event Planning Guide PDF
| Space | Load | Important note |
|---|---|---|
| Arch Halls 4ABCDEF | 250 lb/sq ft | Heavy loads may require plywood or other weight distribution. |
| Arch ballrooms | 150 lb/sq ft | Lift work in carpeted areas requires protective material. |
| Arch meeting rooms | 100 lb/sq ft | Forklifts are not permitted. |
| Summit Exhibit Halls 1–2 | 350 lb/sq ft | Heavy loads may require plywood/weight distribution. |
| Summit Flex Hall | 250 lb/sq ft | Lift work requires approved floor protection. |
| Summit Ballroom 1–3 / meeting rooms | 100 lb/sq ft | Additional protection/restrictions apply for lifts and forklifts. |
Planner rule: these figures are not permission to place heavy equipment. SCC explicitly requires pre-approval for heavy equipment, tanks or displays; show-critical loads should be verified with the Event Manager.
Typical planning deadlines from SCC’s official Event Planning Guide
| Lead time | Typical action |
|---|---|
| 18–15 months | Review License Agreement; submit preliminary exhibit floor plans before booth sales. |
| 12–9 months | Fire permit / current show specs; site planning; establish payment/planning timelines. |
| 6–4 months | Preliminary event/exhibit schedule; contractor and exhibitor-service contacts. |
| 3 months | Security, emergency, parking and transportation plans. |
| 60 days | Final agenda and production move-in/out; catering/room setup; rigging/banner locations. |
| 45–30 days | Insurance; labor/equipment review; digital signage and pre-con planning. |
| 21–14 days | Advance services deposit; access-control plan and badge samples. |
Standard services planners may otherwise budget twice
- Complimentary Wi-Fi in common areas and meeting rooms for general web access.
- Two 20-amp, 120-volt outlets in each meeting room at no charge; additional show-management booth allowance is described in the guide.
- Two complimentary one-time SCC garage passes per event on request, with no in/out privileges.
- Initial meeting-room set is generally included; late changes can trigger fees.
- Arch provides specified meeting-room linens; Summit is generally linenless except dining-table service.
Contract comes first: SCC’s Event Planning Guide says detailed event planning does not begin until the License Agreement is signed and executed. Your actual contract and Event Manager override this reference timeline.
Summit LEED Platinum and Arch LEED Silver
SCC officially announced that Summit earned LEED Platinum under the U.S. Green Building Council LEED New Construction v3 rating system. The same official SCC announcement says Arch at 705 Pike holds LEED Silver for Operations and Maintenance and Arch at 800 Pike holds LEED Silver for sustainable construction practices, furnishings and equipment.
LEED Platinum
Officially announced January 4, 2024. This is the certification represented in the custom venue schema.
LEED Silver
Official SCC announcement identifies Silver for Operations and Maintenance.
LEED Silver
Official SCC announcement identifies Silver tied to sustainable construction practices, furnishings and equipment.
Public Facilities District
The Washington State Convention Center Public Facilities District is SCC’s parent/operator. This refresh does not invent an owner schema relationship because venue ownership was not explicitly established in the audited source wording.
Common Seattle Convention Center Mistakes
| Problem | Why it happens | What to do now |
|---|---|---|
| You arrived at Arch but your event is at Summit | Search/map result used the main 705 Pike address. | Navigate to 900 Pine / 9th & Pine; allow extra downtown walking time. |
| You chose the wrong garage | Building was not confirmed before parking. | Keep your ticket, follow garage rules, then use your event map; next time choose by Arch/Summit first. |
| Your vehicle is too tall | Arch is only 6′5″; Summit levels have different clearances. | Do not force entry. Compare Freeway Park (6′9″) or another suitable garage and verify live signage. |
| Your parking total differs from an old blog | Rates change. | Use SCC’s current parking page and posted garage rate. |
| Link fare differs from SCC page | SCC transportation copy is stale. | Use Sound Transit’s current $3 adult fare and real-time service tools. |
| Event page says SCC but not a building | Organizer listing is incomplete. | Contact organizer before choosing a garage or rideshare pin. |
| Free public Wi-Fi is too slow for booth work | Complimentary access is intended for basic use. | Use event-ordered Smart City connectivity for operational/production requirements. |
| You need a wheelchair onsite | SCC does not provide attendee mobility devices routinely. | Arrange a local rental before event day; ask SCC/Event Manager about access route. |
