MCEC’s official floor-plan documentation is unusually specific about freight logistics: 62 covered loading dock bays, a separate commercial access road, five elephant doors, 14 dock levelers and a 45-foot-wide indoor pre-fabrication/staging area.
Hand-carry is a narrow exception—not a substitute for freight handling
