Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) is a 7-million-square-foot Orlando campus with three visitor addresses. If your event says West Concourse, use 9800 International Drive. North and South use different addresses, so a generic venue pin can send you to the wrong side of the campus.
The reliable sequence is simple: confirm the building and hall, use that building’s address, follow current OCCC parking signs, and use your event organizer for ticket, bag, badge, camera and re-entry rules.

Orange County Convention Center West Concourse: use 9800 International Drive
If your confirmation says West Building, West Concourse or a West Hall, use 9800 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819. The West Building is large enough that the hall letter matters nearly as much as the street address.

Current West example: The Landscape Show is confirmed for West Halls D and E on Aug 19–21, 2026. That illustrates why “OCCC Orlando” is not enough detail for an event-day route.
Directions to OCCC: building first, turn-by-turn route second
OCCC sits in the International Drive convention district near SR 528 and I-4. The stable planning decision is the building address; the final parking approach can change with event traffic, construction and lot availability.
Do this before opening GPS. Generic search results often foreground the West address.
The building gets you to the correct side of campus; the hall prevents an avoidable cross-campus walk.
West: 9800 International Drive. North: 9400 Universal Blvd. South: 9899 International Drive.
OCCC programs roadway signs for active event parking; those signs can be more useful than a saved old lot entrance.
Photograph the lot/row and remember the entrance/hall you used.
Airport and rideshare
OCCC’s current FAQ places the convention center about 12 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO). OCCC also uses event-aware/geofenced rideshare pickup arrangements, so your ride app and on-site banners should decide the final pickup point rather than an old blog post.
Useful distinction: airport distance is a planning fact; travel time is not. Orlando traffic and your West/North/South destination can materially change the trip.

Orange County Convention Center parking: current 2026 rule, not an old fixed price
The current OCCC parking page says on-site parking is available at the West and North-South buildings, with additional parking at the Destination Parkway Garage. Rates vary by vehicle size and entry time, spaces are first-come, and event-specific areas are shown on roadway signage.

West Building parking approaches
- Exhibit Way: north-side approach to the West lot.
- Convention Way: a West parking approach, but current campus construction means you should still follow active signage near the venue.
- West Entrance Drive: off Westwood Boulevard.
Why this matters: event pages and older third-party guides still surface fixed $21.30/$42.60 examples. Those can describe a specific event or older pricing context, but the current venue-wide OCCC parking page now says rates vary. This guide therefore does not present a stale fixed amount as today’s universal price.

OCCC events and upcoming events: venue calendar first, organizer second
The venue calendar is useful for discovery, but the individual organizer controls registration, public/private access, show hours, badge pickup, exhibit schedule, bag rules and other event-specific details.
Verified near-term West event: The Landscape Show is scheduled for Aug 19–21, 2026 in West Building Halls D and E, 9800 International Drive. FNGLA lists the event window from 9 a.m. Wednesday to 2 p.m. Friday; use FNGLA for your exact registration/session plan.

In the current general OCCC attendee, FAQ and safety pages reviewed for this refresh, we did not find one universal OCCC-wide public bag-size or clear-bag dimension. That is a meaningful result: large shows can set their own security and entry rules.

West Concourse skywalks: choose a hotel connection by hall
OCCC lists five pedestrian bridges in the convention district. For West visitors, three hotel connections are especially useful because they land near different West halls.

OCCC publishes a dedicated West accessibility map in its official Toolbox, and its attendee pages separately publish safety/first-aid and business-center resources. Combining those sources gives a more useful pre-trip checklist than a generic “ADA accessible” sentence.

How large is OCCC—and why official West numbers differ
OCCC’s current Facts page describes a 7-million-square-foot campus and a 4-million-square-foot West Building. For visitors, that scale explains the walking. For planners, the more important lesson is that two current official pages publish slightly different West exhibit/meeting totals.

Do not “fix” an official discrepancy by guessing. This guide shows both current official values. For contracts, CAD layouts, room sets and capacities, the current floor-plan/planning documents and OCCC sales team should be the final operational source.
Active OCCC work in August 2026: what can affect an old map or photo?
OCCC’s live campus-improvements page currently lists active West and campuswide projects. These are not blanket closure notices, but they are a reason to avoid treating old photos, old parking diagrams or memorized routes as permanent.
Expansion joints
Replacement/upgrading in West Halls A and B runs from November 2025 with a listed finish in December 2026.
Westwood Lobby gardens
Grow lights, propagation-area flooring and garden-front monitor work is listed April through August 2026.
Floor boxes + air compressors

North-South Grand Concourse work
The Grand Concourse expansion is a major North-South project. OCCC announced a temporary Convention Way closure along the North-South Building for the project. If you are attending a West event, that does not mean West is closed—but cross-campus traffic can still be affected.

Exhibitors: official rules that matter before you ship or rig anything
OCCC’s current exhibitor resource page separates ordering/payment, exhibitor-appointed contractor conditions, Fire Marshal rules, electrical, rigging, compressed air/gas/plumbing, multi-level/covered booths and specialty forms. Your show kit can add deadlines and contractor rules on top of these venue requirements.
Rigging micro-detail: OCCC’s current rigging page says drawings/diagrams for manufactured or custom-built signs must be submitted at least three weeks in advance, and signage is subject to on-site inspection. Do not wait until move-in day for overhead-sign approval.
