How to pay without creating an exit delay
The automated system requires the ticket for payment and exit. Do not leave it buried in the car if you plan to pay at a lobby kiosk.

Official operator: ACE Parking is the venue’s authorized parking operator. The venue says it does not authorize parking ticket sales or reservations through third-party vendors. Use the official event/parking pathway when pre-purchased parking is offered.
EV charging: after buying regular parking, drive to an EV Passport spot, scan the QR code with your phone and pay for the charging session. Charger availability is not guaranteed on busy event days.
No tailgating / no regular overnight parking: the current parking page prohibits tailgating and says overnight RV parking/camping is not allowed unless a specific event page states otherwise.

Box office and Will Call: the timing that matters
The planning-side box office page lists the main ticket office next to the Pacific Ballroom area and gives 562-436-3661 as the box-office phone. The entertainment-side site emphasizes that theater venue box offices open around event time.
Main box office route
The planning-side page places the main box office next to the Pacific Ballroom/Arena area. For driving or rideshare, it gives 400 E. Seaside Way as a practical access address.
Regular office hours
Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–5 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m.–2 p.m.; Sunday/holiday hours vary. Performance box offices operate around the event schedule.
Will Call
Opens 1.5 hours before event start and closes 30 minutes after the event starts. Bring photo ID and the payment card used for purchase. The venue does not accept Will Call drop-offs.
Payment and refund reality: the current box-office page lists cash plus major credit cards; credit-card purchases require photo ID. It states that ticket sales are final with no refunds or exchanges unless the event policy provides otherwise.
Ticket-source rule: start with the official event calendar or venue Ticketmaster link. Expo/tradeshow events may use a registration platform instead of a concert ticket. Avoid marketplace listings until you have verified the event and venue.

Old-map hotel-name correction
The official campus PDF still labels a Renaissance Hotel on Ocean Boulevard. That is a stale landmark label: the former Renaissance Long Beach converted to Marriott Long Beach Downtown in March 2024. The building can still help you orient yourself, but use the current hotel name for navigation and booking.

Where is Will Call and when does it open?
Will Call is handled at the relevant venue box office. Official guidance says it opens 1.5 hours before the event starts and closes 30 minutes after start time. Bring photo ID and the payment card used for purchase.
What bag size is allowed at convention consumer shows?
The published Convention Center general code prohibits personal bags larger than 12 inches high by 12 inches wide by 6 inches deep for public ticketed consumer shows. The individual event can impose a stricter rule.
What bag size is allowed for Long Beach Arena or Terrace Theater performances?
The entertainment and performing-arts code publishes a much smaller maximum of 5 inches high by 8 inches wide by 2 inches deep. All bags are subject to search and an individual show can be stricter.
Is accessible parking available?
Yes. The venue says designated ADA spaces are available in all four parking areas. They are first come, first served, require a valid placard or license plate and still require paid parking.
Can I reach the Convention Center without a car?
Yes. Metro’s A Line serves Downtown Long Beach, and the City’s free LB Circuit offers app-requested downtown micro-transit Thursday through Sunday during published service hours. Check current schedules before relying on either option.
What hotels are closest to the Long Beach Convention Center?
Downtown options include Hyatt Regency Long Beach, Fairmont Breakers Long Beach, The Westin Long Beach, Marriott Long Beach Downtown and other hotels around The Pike and waterfront. Choose based on your event hall, walking route, parking and housing block.
Why does an old campus map say Renaissance Hotel?
The official campus capacity PDF uses an older landmark label. The former Renaissance Long Beach converted to Marriott Long Beach Downtown in March 2024, so use the current Marriott name for navigation and booking.
Can an exhibitor ship packages directly to the Convention Center?
Do not treat the venue as a general package receiving address. The official 2026 Planning Guide says the facility does not provide general shipping and receiving and that items arriving before the first contracted date can be turned away. Follow the event organizer or General Service Contractor instructions.

Who owns and operates the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center?
The City of Long Beach owns the Convention & Entertainment Center. The City’s venue page says it is operated, maintained and programmed by ASM Global, while newer City material also uses Legends Global naming following ASM Global’s acquisition by Legends.
