Best habit: save your hall first. The first-floor plan stretches from the Great Hall and Halls B–F through G, H, I-1, I-2 and J, so a hall at the opposite end can materially change your best drop-off or hotel route.

There is no universal event-truck entrance. MCCNO’s current Getting Here page says freight and packages for specific exhibits/events must use the address in the exhibitor pack because each general contractor can use a different marshaling yard and check-in location.

Do not reuse an old marshaling-yard address. MCCNO explicitly says each event contractor can have a different yard/check-in location. A correct address for one trade show can be wrong for the next.

New Orleans Convention Center Parking: Rates, Lots F/G/J, ParkMobile and EV Charging
MCCNO says it owns and operates multiple parking lots on the south end of the Convention Center across from Halls H, I and J. The current live venue rate is $23 per standard vehicle and $42 per oversized vehicle, with no in-and-out privileges. The venue is cashless and parking is paid through ParkMobile.

The first-floor map shows The UPS Store Print & Business Services in the Hall E/F corridor area. Parcel-delivery rules are still separate: carriers use the Lobby F drop-off workflow.
Ticket office
The first-floor map labels a ticket office near the Hall G / central-south corridor. Your organizer may still use mobile tickets or a separate registration desk.
Lost & Found

Pedestrian Park: A Useful Meet-Up and Walking Feature
The Convention Center’s riverfront campus includes a 7.5-acre pedestrian park along Convention Center Boulevard with shaded gathering areas, public art, water elements and transit connections. It can be a useful landmark for meeting colleagues, but outdoor comfort changes quickly in New Orleans heat, rain and humidity.
