This is the official convention center campus address. It is not the preferred navigation point for West Hall visitors because it can direct you toward the Paradise Road/Central Hall side.

Important arrival rule: If your badge or event agenda says W1, W2, W3, W4 or a W-prefixed meeting room, plan for West Hall. If it says N, C or S, your primary destination may be another LVCC building.

West Hall W1, W2, W3 & W4: Which Hall Do You Need?

All four main exhibit halls are on Level 1. The published facility map places the main atrium and drop-off toward the southern end, close to W1, with halls extending northward toward W4.

The figures above are individual gross hall-area labels from the published LVCVA facility floor-plan document. Temporary partitions, show aisles and booth layouts can alter usable exhibit space.

Booth numbers are different from hall numbers. “W2” identifies a hall. A booth number or product-area label is assigned by the particular event. Your organizer’s exhibit map is necessary for the final aisle and booth.

W225: West Hall, Level 2.

W315: West Hall, Level 3.

Confirm all final room locations against the actual organizer schedule because meeting-room arrangements may be adjusted.

04 / Parking & drop-off

Where to Park for Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall

The Diamond parking area is the key lot associated with West Hall on the published campus map. However, available visitor lots, entrance lanes and parking charges depend on your event. Major shows can close normal visitor parking or move drivers to another site.

Lot / AreaCampus locationUse / limitation
Diamond LotWest Hall sidePrimary West-area reference. May be event-restricted or assigned to rideshare, exhibitors or authorized vehicles.
Blue LotNorth / Central sideMay serve other hall groups. Not automatically the closest visitor lot for West.
Silver LotParadise Road / Central-South sideOften useful for the Monorail-side campus, but a West Hall transfer may be required.
Bronze LotSouth Hall sideGenerally farther from West Hall and better suited to South Hall events.
Parking rates: Do not rely on a universal $20 or $25 figure. Event organizers may publish a different price, disable on-site public parking or require a particular payment method. For example, CES 2026 stated that public parking was unavailable at LVCC during its event.

How to park without arriving at the wrong lot

  1. Check the event parking notice.

Find the organizer’s transportation or “Know Before You Go” information for your exact date.

  2. Look for West Hall and the assigned lot.

Confirm whether the Diamond area is being used for public parking, rideshare, exhibitors or another purpose.

  3. Navigate to the actual parking entrance.

A campus street address is not a parking gate. Follow approved event access streets and electronic signs.

  4. Keep your parking reference.

Photograph the lot name, section and pedestrian route. Large trade-show traffic plans can alter how visitors exit.

Rideshare / Uber / Lyft

For some events, the Diamond Lot is the designated West Hall rideshare pickup location, across from the West Entrance. This is documented for CES 2026, but other shows may choose another location.

Driver instruction: Use your event’s exact West Hall rideshare hub rather than assuming the generic LVCC map pin is correct.

Taxi & Passenger Drop-Off

The floor plan shows a passenger drop-off along Convention Center Drive in front of the West Hall Atrium. Some organizers assign a taxi location here or use a separate traffic plan.

Driver instruction: Check current event traffic signs, avoid unattended stopping and confirm the return pickup point.

LVCC generally prohibits overnight parking in its event lots. Do not use convention parking as long-term hotel parking. For venue traffic questions, the LVCVA switchboard is 702-892-0711.

05 / Directions & area map

West Hall Location Map and How to Arrive

Select “West Hall” before requesting directions. Check the event-specific garage, passenger entrance or rideshare point separately.

From Harry Reid International Airport (LAS)

Airport passengers commonly use a taxi, rideshare or rental car to reach the convention district. Traffic along Paradise Road, the Strip and nearby connectors can significantly change travel time.

Save the West Hall destination and tell the driver whether you need the public entrance, registration lobby or event-specific pickup area.

From the Las Vegas Strip

West Hall sits closer to Las Vegas Boulevard than the older Paradise Road side of LVCC. Visitors staying near Resorts World or Fontainebleau may have a more convenient approach to West Hall than guests south of the convention campus.

Check marked pedestrian paths and avoid assuming an event service road is a public shortcut.

From Central or North Hall

Use the signed pedestrian connector where open, or the complimentary on-campus Vegas Loop if operating for your event. A walking route between distant halls can be much longer than it looks on a compact map.

From South Hall

Follow event wayfinding toward the campus connector or use the Vegas Loop route serving West. Check which stations are operating; not every event uses the full network identically.

06 / Free campus transportation

Vegas Loop West Station: How It Works

The Vegas Loop uses electric vehicles in dedicated tunnels to connect areas of the LVCC campus. It is particularly useful for visitors traveling between West Hall and the Central/South portions of the complex.

FreeTrips confined to the LVCC campus
Approx. 2 minTypical West–Central vehicle ride, excluding waiting
West StationNext to West Hall’s atrium side
Separate faresFor eligible off-campus destinations

Using the Loop from West Hall

  1. Find the West Station.

Follow the Vegas Loop signs near the Level 1 West Hall Atrium.

  2. Check the operating station list.

Use current venue signage to identify the destination station and whether the service is active for your event.

  3. Join the passenger queue.

Follow staff instructions for loading and seating. Do not assume all passengers can board immediately during a major expo.

  4. Exit at the required campus station.

Continue by marked pedestrian route to your event hall, registration area or meeting room.

Free versus paid: LVCVA states that rides within LVCC are complimentary. Trips to external public stations or hotels require the applicable fare. Do not confuse free campus transportation with unlimited free rides around Las Vegas.

07 / Las Vegas Monorail

Does the Las Vegas Monorail Stop at West Hall?

No. The Las Vegas Monorail does not have its own West Hall station. The Boingo Station at Las Vegas Convention Center is on the Paradise Road side, near the Central/South campus. You can reach West Hall using campus connections.

Hotels Near Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall

Hotel location matters because West Hall is farther west than the original convention-center entrances. A hotel advertised as “near LVCC” may actually be much closer to Central Hall than West.

West-side area

Resorts World Las Vegas

Located on Las Vegas Boulevard across the broader West Hall district. Consider it for West Hall-focused events, subject to the correct pedestrian entrance and event routing.

Northern Strip

Fontainebleau Las Vegas

A major resort on Las Vegas Boulevard near the West Hall area. Compare walking paths, convention entrance access and any available transit connection.

Campus alternative

Westgate Las Vegas

Located nearer the North Hall and Monorail side of LVCC. Useful for some convention visitors, though West Hall access may require a campus transfer or longer walk.

Hotel rates and “walking distance” claims are event-date dependent. Compare the door-to-door route from the hotel lobby to your actual West Hall meeting room, not just a straight-line map distance.

For an all-suite hotel with breakfast and a local shuttle, read our Embassy Suites Convention Center Las Vegas visitor guide. It includes published shuttle details, parking charges and route considerations for West versus other LVCC halls.

09 / Accessible visits

Accessibility, Restrooms & Visitor Facilities

Accessible Arrival

Published LVCC campus maps identify accessible parking locations and building entry routes. The correct parking area or drop-off point may change with the event traffic plan.

Visitors requiring a step-free route should confirm the accessible entrance and current connector status before travel.

Elevators and Restrooms

The West Hall facility floor plan marks elevators, restrooms and vertical access across its levels. Locate the nearest elevator by room number and follow event signage.

Wheelchairs and Scooters

LVCVA publishes mobility equipment rental guidance through venue service providers. Reserve appropriate equipment in advance rather than assuming walk-up availability during a major show.

Medical and Family Facilities

The facility map identifies first-aid, information and mother’s-room locations. Contact venue staff or event security for current assistance locations and urgent onsite directions.

Venue assistance: 702-892-0711. If special accommodation is needed for an event, contact the organizer as well as the venue. Event registration, seating and service staffing may be managed separately.

RestroomsMarked throughout the West Hall floor plan. Follow current hall signage for accessible facilities and the closest location.
Information deskUse venue/event desks in the public lobby areas for directions, registration questions and assistance.

11 / Tickets, events & exhibitor entry

How to Find West Hall Events, Tickets & Registration

West Hall hosts trade shows, conventions, technology exhibitions, conferences and other business events. There is no single universal West Hall admission ticket. Ticketing and operating hours depend on the individual organizer.

  1. Locate your event’s official listing.

Search the event name plus Las Vegas Convention Center and verify that West Hall is actually included.

  2. Read the admission requirements.

Check whether your event requires a paid ticket, advance registration, trade credentials, identification or an age minimum.

  3. Find the assigned entrance.

Your event may identify West Hall Grand Atrium, a designated registration area or separate exhibitor/attendee entry.

  4. Save the floor plan and badge details.

Note W1–W4 or the W-prefixed meeting room, along with badge pickup hours.

  5. Follow organizer security instructions.

Bag sizes, re-entry, photography, prohibited items and security lines can vary significantly between events.

Exhibitor warning: Do not send freight to the generic LVCC public street address. Your show’s exhibitor manual will specify the official freight contractor, advance warehouse, receiving deadlines, dock rules and material-handling procedures.

For exhibitors and meeting planners

Exhibitor preparation

  • Confirm booth number and hall.
  • Check move-in and move-out schedule.
  • Review contractor credentials.
  • Order power, internet and required services.
  • Check display-height and fire rules.
  • Read shipping and freight instructions.

Meeting planner preparation

  • Choose W1–W4 or suitable meeting rooms.
  • Confirm room capacity and configuration.
  • Review event-service requirements.
  • Discuss accessibility and attendee flow.
  • Confirm technology and catering.
  • Request an official proposal and rates.

  • Event name and date confirmed
  • Correct hall: W1, W2, W3 or W4
  • Meeting-room number saved
  • Badge registration requirements checked
  • Event-specific parking lot confirmed
  • Parking fees and payment method checked
  • Rideshare drop-off location saved
  • Floor plan accessible offline
  • Vegas Loop station status checked
  • Accessibility requirements arranged
  • Show security and bag policy reviewed
  • Enough time allowed for check-in and walking
Practical timing tip: If your first session begins at 9 AM, arriving at the surrounding campus at 8:55 AM is unlikely to be enough during a large convention. Account for traffic, parking, walking, security and badge pickup. Actual recommended arrival times should come from the event organizer.
