Do not confuse the complex calendar with the Convention Center only. Long Beach Arena, Pacific Ballroom, Terrace Theater, Beverly O’Neill Theater and the Convention Center are part of the same larger complex. A calendar result can be geographically close but governed by a different entry policy.

The current official Parking & Directions page is the best source for day-to-day parking information. It lists more than 4,000 spaces across the campus, a $15 standard daily rate, no in/out privileges, and possible special-event pricing.

How parking payment works
Kiosks
Major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at campus kiosks.
Cash
Cash is accepted only at select kiosks, including the Convention Center Promenade Lobby and near the Arena Box Office.
Exit gate
Pay-at-gate is credit/debit only. Keep the ticket issued when entering the garage.
Lost ticket
The official page says to choose the “Lost Ticket” option at a kiosk and follow the prompts.
Accessible parking and EV charging
Accessible spaces are available in the campus parking facilities, including van-accessible spaces. A valid disabled placard/plate is required; spaces are first come and paid. For EV charging, the venue says to buy the regular parking pass first, then use the QR code at an EV Passport space to pay for the charging session.
Parking warnings: no tailgating, no normal overnight parking/camping, and no in/out privileges. The venue identifies ACE Parking as its official parking operator and says it does not authorize third-party parking reservations.
