The facts packet says Auditorium Rooms 1, 2 and 3 each seat 430 and sit on turntables that rotate 180°. The design can change one large session arrangement into four private soundproof rooms in under 30 minutes.
Exhibitor infrastructure hidden in the PDF
For freight-heavy shows, the packet lists 36 covered 15-foot loading bays, eight drive-in doors and an 88,000-square-foot fenced/lighted marshaling area. A prior version of this guide treated the 2024–26 meeting-room work cautiously because the project had not yet published final completion. That is now outdated. On July 27, 2026, MCC officially announced completion of the $25 million renovation of all 87 meeting rooms, covering more than 93,000 square feet.
